Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, assisting with daily living activities, coordinating with the care team, maintaining charting, and upholding infection control standards.

Qualifikationen

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 3x12 schedule.
• Experience or comfort providing care in a long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligible for travel assignment with reliable availability to report to the assignment.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor patient condition, document vitals, and report changes to the care team
• Support activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
