Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in Carrizozo, New Mexico. The role runs for 8 weeks with 13-hour day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., offering comprehensive benefits and travel mileage reimbursement for eligible distances.

The LPN will administer medications, conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care. Weekday and weekend shifts are available; travel is away from the home location by 150 miles or more.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Will travel to Carrizozo, NM for an 8-week assignment.
• Ability to administer medications and perform medication passes.
• Comfort with 13-hour day shifts and on-site nursing duties.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and passes.
• Assist with intake screenings and health assessments.
• Obtain vital signs and collect health information.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Document care accurately and maintain MARs.
• Collaborate with facility staff regarding patient needs.
