Formación

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Must hold valid driver’s license as travel may be required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees medication distribution as per physician orders, ensuring adherence to documentation and resident safety.
• Creates personalized service plans tailoring care to individual needs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Facilitates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other educational opportunities.
