Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, NM. You will work 3x12-hour nights (19:00–07:30) in a skilled nursing facility, with a weekly pay of $820–$879 and guaranteed 36 hours per week.

This travel role requires an unrestricted LPN license, willingness to travel, and strong documentation skills. Start date 10/15/2026 with support from a dedicated recruiter and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (unrestricted) in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in a 13-week travel assignment.
• Eligibility for employment in the United States and ability to work in Albuquerque, NM.
• Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders, and document responses
• Monitor resident status, perform routine assessments, and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide direct patient care and comfort measures
• Support wound care, sanitation, infection control, and safe medication administration practices
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with facility policies and regulatory requirements
