Job summary

Electra Link, Inc. is hiring Low Voltage Technicians at multiple skill levels to support upcoming projects across Texas.

We are looking for dependable, safety-focused employees who are willing to travel and work extended project schedules. This opportunity is ideal for both entry-level candidates who want to build a career in the low-voltage industry and experienced technicians looking for steady project work and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prev. low-voltage or construction experience preferred but not required for entry-level.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across Texas.
• Ability to work 6 days/week and ~10 hours/day.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling systems.
• Install Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic, and other structured cabling.
• Pull, route, dress, label, and secure cable.
• Install cable pathways, supports, racks, cabinets, and related hardware.
• Perform copper and fiber terminations.
• Assist with testing and certification of installed systems.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow company and customer safety requirements.
• Properly use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, foremen, and project team members.
• Complete assigned work accurately and within project timelines.
• Assist with material handling and jobsite organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
