LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in a facility in Waukon, Iowa. You will provide direct patient care, assess residents, and implement care plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, IV therapy, monitoring conditions, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

• Providing skilled procedures such as wound care and IV therapy
• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, educating residents and families
• Documenting care, resident progress, and health changes
• Responding to emergencies and coordinating with healthcare teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and regulations

Qualifications and skills required:

• One year of recent LTC RN experience
• Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English, PC skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist residents
• Ability to work under pressure, adhere to schedules, and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
