13-week Long Term Care/LTC RN travel assignment.

Client in [CITY & STATE] is looking for a Long Term Care/LTC RN to help them out for 13 weeks. This is a [TIME] shift position.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• One to three years’ experience as an RN preferred.
• Other certifications may be required for this position.
• Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read and comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
• Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.

Major Job Duties

• Complete nursing assessments of patients and document appropriately.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
• Provide and coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications with proper documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
