Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses and documenting findings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Educate residents and their families on health management, medication use, and wellness practices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and observations.
Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
CPR certification
First Aid certification (recommended)
OSHA health and safety training
Minimum of 1 year of licensed practical nurse experience in long-term care or related settings
Ability to work evening shifts
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
