Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. in Claremont, NH, is seeking an experienced LNA for a 13-week travel assignment, nights, starting 10/20/2026. The role requires flexibility to float to units and a commitment to weekly hours and a non-taxed stipend.

Pay is $21.00 per hour with a weekly total pay and a travel stipend. Extensive compliance and screening are required before start, including vaccine and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year current LNA experience.
• Willing to float to other units as needed.
• Previous travel experience highly required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers basic nursing and restorative care under supervision.
• Attend report before starting resident care and inform licensed staff of observations.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and skin care per plan.
• Assist with ambulation, movement, nutrition, and toileting needs.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Understand Resident Care Plans and maintain confidentiality.
• Apply infection control techniques and respect residents' beliefs.
