Qualifications

• Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapeutic services across age ranges.
• Works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Administers assessment tools and develops programming to support treatment of behavioral disorders and disabilities.
