Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor for a travel assignment across healthcare facilities in Wisconsin. You will provide individual and group therapy, perform assessments, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support behavioral health treatment across diverse age groups.

Must hold state licensure, maintain CPR if applicable, and complete required health screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or LPC in the practicing state
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate as required by contract or state regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services across age groups
• Conduct group therapy sessions as needed
• Administer assessment tools and develop programming for treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
