Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The role requires 36 hours per week with night shifts, and offers the opportunity to impact patient care across obstetric teams.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Valid RN license in NC and current BLS.
• NRP certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Certifications may vary by facility.

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist during labor and delivery.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Provide immediate postpartum care and newborn assessment.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement.
