Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Sylva, North Carolina. You will provide expert maternal and fetal care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support optimal outcomes in a high-acuity obstetric setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications per obstetric nursing protocols.
• Assist with cesarean sections and obstetric procedures.
• Document care and interventions in patient records.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and anesthesia teams to ensure safety.
