MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel position in Lansing, Michigan. The role involves providing comprehensive care to women and newborns during various stages around childbirth.
Qualified candidates must have an active RN license, certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN, and at least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care setting. Benefits include weekly pay, housing allowance, and full health insurance.
Qualifications
- At least 18 months recent experience in an acute care Labor & Delivery setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
- Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
- Monitor patients for potential high-risk problems.
- Educate and support mothers and families after giving birth.
