Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Travel RN for Labor & Delivery in Baltimore, MD. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, on the night shift (12 hours, 19:00–07:00) with 1:1–2 patient ratio and potential float to related perinatal units.

Magnet-certified environments are favored. Qualifications include active MD or compact RN license, 3+ years L&D experience, and required certifications (BLS, NRP, AWHONN).

Qualifications

• Active MD or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience; 2 years may be considered.
• Charge and Preceptor experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN.
• C-EFM certification during compliance phase or within first two weeks.
• LDRP experience and ability to circulate for C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery unit assignment in hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule 19:00–07:00 for 3x12 hours.
• Assignment length 13 weeks.
• 1:1–2 patient ratio; potential float to postpartum/couplet care/SCN feeders.
• Cerner for electronic charting.
• May require weekend coverage and holiday shifts.
