Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery nurses care for women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor mother and baby vital signs during birth.
• Identify potential high-risk issues and respond appropriately.
• Educate and support families after childbirth.
