Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and delegated medical functions as prescribed.
Provide patient and family education to promote health, recovery, and wellness.
Monitor therapy and treatment plans, making appropriate recommendations as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Utilize available resources effectively to support patient care and departmental goals.
Promote the facility's mission, vision, values, and service excellence standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to float to other units/departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on facility needs.
May be required to participate in on-call coverage during scheduled shifts.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills required.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
BLS certification required (additional certifications may be required by specialty).
Previous clinical experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
