Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lees Summit, MO. You will provide obstetric care, monitor maternal and fetal health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS, and NRP certification, with preferred ACLS and fetal monitoring credentials. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are offered.

Qualifications

One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
NRP certification required.

Responsibilities

Assess maternal and fetal health and document care.
Administer medications and assist with obstetric procedures.
Provide postpartum care and patient education.
Monitor fetal status and respond to emergencies using protocols.
Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists.
