Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Ontario, Oregon. This 13-week role involves 36 hours per week with nights, supporting mothers through labor and delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of acute care experience, BLS and AWHONN certifications. You will monitor labor, assist with epidurals or pain management, support newborn care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safety and comfort for patients.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent acute care experience

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor
• Monitor contractions and help patient with breathing techniques
• Assist physicians with epidurals or pain management and cesarean preparation
• Provide immediate care of newborn and postpartum support
