Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Oklahoma City, OK. The position requires an RN license, a nursing degree, and specialized L&D certifications. Assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with nights on a 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to mothers and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor for potential high-risk problems and intervene as needed.
• Educate and support mothers and families after delivery.
