Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery on a travel assignment in Liberal, Kansas. The 13-week engagement starts November 1, 2026, with a 7p–7a night schedule on a 3x12-hour plan at a hospital.

This role requires an active Kansas RN license, BLS/ACLS/NRP, and at least 3 years of RN experience. Weekly pay ranges from $2,171 to $2,282, with travel support provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7p–7a) and to travel as a traveler; must be within 45 miles of the assigned site.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in labor and delivery, postpartum, newborn care, and related units.
• Monitor labor progression and fetal status; administer meds and document findings per protocols.
• Support maternal and newborn stabilization and family education.
