The role is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week, night shifts, and a focus on Labor & Delivery as an RN. Requirements include active RN license, accredited nursing degree, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN) with 18 months in an Acute Care L&D setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor & Delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery nurses provide care to women during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor mother and baby vital signs during birth.
• Monitor for potential high risk problems and educate families after birth.
