Job summary
Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Middlebury, Vermont. The start date is 11/09/2026 for a 16-week contract with 12-hour night shifts (3x12).
Weekly pay ranges from $2,697 to $2,807 with no guaranteed hours, and Epic experience is required. Candidates must have AHA BLS and NRP certifications, at least 1 year of LDRP experience, and the ability to float to Med-Surg and ED as needed.
Qualifications
- AHA BLS and NRP certifications are required.
- Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience in Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care.
- Epic experience within the past 2 years; ability to float to Med-Surg and ED as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn patients per unit protocols.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status; perform assessments and administer medications per orders.
- Coordinate care with obstetric physicians, midwives, nurses, anesthesia and ancillary teams.
- Maintain Epic documentation and timely charting; participate in care planning and education.
- Float to Med-Surg and ED as needed while maintaining safety and competency across units.
- Support families with newborn education and lactation resources; uphold infection control.
