American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced RN for a Travel Labor and Delivery assignment in Morganton, North Carolina. Requires L&D and mother/baby experience, NC or compact license, and night shift availability.

The position includes a 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and a comprehensive travel package with per diem, licensure reimbursement, and benefits beginning Day 1. Join a dedicated team on a 16-room LDRP unit with a C-section suite and PACU support.

Qualifications

• Active NC or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications needed.
• Experience in both labor & delivery and mother/baby care is required.
• Travel nurse with a 13-week assignment and 36 hours per week is offered.

Responsibilities

• Work on a Labor and Delivery unit with 16 LDRP rooms.
• Includes a C-section suite, PACU on the unit, and a 4-bed Special Care Nursery.
• No floating outside of the Family Center unit required.
• Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
• Collaborate with preadmit nurses, discharge planners, maternity navigators, unit educators, and lactation consultants.
• Engage in process improvement and newborn care initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Two professional references are required for consideration
