Qualificações

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum position requiring L&D experience and proficiency in circulating for C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit within a hospital setting
• Care for mothers and newborns throughout the childbirth process, including labor, delivery, immediate recovery, and postpartum
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00pm – 7:00am
• Requires experience in triage for OB and preference for circulating C-section procedures
• Deliver comprehensive, population-appropriate care to patients with complex needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams for evaluation and planning of patient care
• Provide patient and family education related to postpartum, recovery, and newborn care
• Engage in departmental goals, performance improvement activities, and cost-effective practices
• Expectation to report to lab for drug screening within 24 hours of commitment
• Start dates may be adjusted based on background and drug screen results
