American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Winfield, Kansas. Start date 01/26/2026; nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, travel status.

Must have a KS or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent L&D experience, BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications, and be able to work independently after night shifts. Travel benefits and per diem may apply.

Qualifications

• Active KS or compact RN license at time of consideration.
• Minimum 2 years recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Travel RN experience; first-time travelers considered only if eligible.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a critical access hospital.
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Every third weekend is required.
• Travelers may be asked to float to different units.
• Locals are allowed at the same rate.
• Block scheduling may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
• Uses Centricity EMR; experience preferred.
• Provide care for high-risk labor and delivery patients including forceps/vacuum deliveries, C-sections, cervical cerclage, neonatal and newborn care, postpartum care, and pain management.
• Must function independently after the night shift.
• References will be required for consideration.

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring 2 years of recent experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a critical access hospital
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Every third weekend is required
• Travelers may be asked to float to different units
• Locals are allowed at the same rate

Requirements
