Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Johnson, AR. The role offers 12-hour night shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits with support from a dedicated clinical team.

You will assess maternal and fetal health, administer treatments, and collaborate with obstetric teams to ensure high-quality care through labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor and delivery procedures with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per obstetric nursing practices.
• Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and examinations.
• Provide postpartum care and newborn assessment and stabilization.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and nursing staff.
