Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions seeks an experienced RN for a 13-week night assignment in Ganado, AZ. You will care for unstable newborns in a Level I/II setting, assist with deliveries, stabilization, and postpartum care, and coordinate transport to higher levels of care.

You must have strong L&D experience, NICU or higher nursery exposure, and the ability to work independently in a critical-access hospital. Shift is three 12-hour nights with 36 guaranteed hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• NICU experience, or Level II or higher nursery experience.
• Ability to work independently in a critical-access environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery and recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status
• Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies
• Assist with deliveries and immediate postpartum care
• Perform newborn assessments and stabilization
• Support higher-acuity newborns awaiting transport
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders
• Educate mothers and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams
