MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Wilson, North Carolina. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, mainly night shifts.

This travel position requires an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications, with at least 18 months of acute care L&D experience. Travel stipends and housing options are provided.

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery nurses provide care to women and their newborns across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor mother and baby vital signs during birth.
• Monitor patients for potential high-risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and families after birth.
