MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The position offers a 13-week duration, start date 10/05/2026, 36 hours per week with night shifts, and travel employment with a Joint Commission-certified agency.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications, and at least 18 months of acute care L&D experience.

Active RN License
Degree from accredited nursing program
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS AWHONN Certifications
Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting
Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

Labor and Delivery nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
Monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth.
Monitor patients for potential high risk problems.
Educate and support mothers and their families after giving birth.
