HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor and Delivery in Las Cruces, New Mexico. 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts, days and nights. Travel employment with competitive pay and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year in acute care.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for the position.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including meds, specimens, treatments, and documentation.
• Monitor and communicate patient status to care team, physicians, patients and families.
• Coordinate care across disciplines including transfers, transfers and referrals.
• Educate patient and/or family appropriate to age and condition.
• Advocate for patient's physical and emotional well-being.
