Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery at Cross Country Nurses in Philadelphia, PA. The role provides antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn care within a family-centered framework and requires flexibility to float to labor and NICU units as needed.

Expect 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, in a travel assignment. A PA RN license, BLS, and NRP are required along with postpartum, antepartum and fetal monitoring experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in PA.
• Minimum 1 year RN postpartum care experience.
• Experience in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn care.
• Fetal monitoring experience; certificate not required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive birth experiences.
• Flex to float to labor and NICU units as needed.
• Maintain family-centered compassionate care for diverse patient populations.
