Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Redding, California. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a minimum of 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, starting 10/06/2026.

You will care for both low and high-risk delivery patients in a Family Birth Center, with 24/7 staffing by laborists. You must pass a proctored dysrhythmia test onsite during orientation.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Certifications required: ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, BLS, NRP; COVID vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Care for low and high risk delivery patients in a Family Birth Center.
• On-site laborists available 24/7; pass proctored dysrhythmia test during orientation.
• Work schedule: 12-hour nights, minimum 36 hours/week; 13-week assignment.
