Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse for a travel assignment in Nashua, New Hampshire. The RN will provide care before, during and after delivery, support obstetric teams, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced labor ward.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of acute care experience, BLS certification, and are available ASAP for a 13-week assignment with 48 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• 3+ years of recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, delivery instruments, and cesarean preparation.
• Provide immediate care for newborns.
