Zusammenfassung

American Traveler, LLC is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment at a beachside acute care hospital in Santa Monica, CA. Active CA RN license and at least 2 years of L&D experience are required, with travel nursing experience preferred.

You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) with every other weekend, may float to postpartum, and use Epic for charting. Navy blue scrubs are required for RNs; scrubs provided for L&D/OR/Cath Lab roles.

Qualifikationen

• Active CA RN license required at submission time.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Community hospital experience required; teaching hospital preferred.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM, and AWHONN Advanced (or NCC EFM accepted).
• Prior travel nursing experience is required.
• Fetal monitoring and vaginal delivery/ C-section support skills needed.

Aufgaben

• Labor & Delivery unit care for antepartum, labor, and postpartum patients.
• Perform fetal heart monitoring and high-risk pregnancy assessments.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulating for C-sections; scrub for C-section when possible.
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30; every other weekend.
• Floating to postpartum when needed; may float to sister facilities within region.
• Use Epic charting system for documentation.
