Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Labor and Delivery Travel RN for a 19-week assignment in Frederick, Maryland. This hospital contract requires strong L&D experience and active Maryland or compact licensure, with a night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Candidates must have OB triage experience, C-EFM or equivalent certification, and travel nursing background. The role offers a 13-week contract length with 36 hours per week and benefits support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of current Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• OB triage experience required; C-EFM preferred or AWHONN acceptable.
• Active Maryland RN license or Compact license in hand at submission.
• Active fetal monitoring certification required; C-EFM preferred.
• Travel nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric care from 20 weeks gestation through 6 weeks postpartum.
• Monitor fetal health using established protocols.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient safety during labor and delivery.
• Document progress in hospital records.
• Assist in emergencies and support family-centered birth experiences.
