Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Elko, NV. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and start ASAP for a 13-week engagement. Responsibilities include monitoring labor, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient and newborn care.

Requires ACLS and BLS certifications with at least 3 years of acute care experience. The travel role offers benefits and guaranteed hours with a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient during labor and delivery.
• Assist physicians with epidurals or other procedures when needed.
• Monitor contractions and support breathing techniques.
• Assist with newborn care immediately after birth.
