Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Seattle is seeking a travel nurse RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment. This role offers a hands-on perioperative obstetric recovery environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

You'll work 48 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with weekly pay, housing options or housing stipends, and full credentialing support through MedPro. Travel allowances and benefits are provided throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS AWHONN Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor patients for potential high risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and their families after giving birth.
• Labor and Delivery Nurses provide care during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
