Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. has an opening for a Labor and Delivery RN (L&D) traveler in Detroit, Michigan at a Magnet hospital. This assignment offers a competitive pay and benefits package and dedicated recruiter support.

The RN will provide obstetric care, monitor fetal well-being, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe deliveries. Required are 1+ year in L&D, valid state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and any specialty certifications.

Qualifications

1+ year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
Valid nursing license as required by the state
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (recommended/required)
Specialty-related certifications are preferred/required

Responsibilities

Administer medications, monitor fetal heart rates, assist in labor induction, and collaborate with physicians on infant delivery plans
Provide care across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum stages
