HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a skilled nurse for a travel assignment at Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, VA. The position offers 8, 10, or 13 week options based on facility needs.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with care teams, and support learning for patients and families while ensuring safety and quality of care in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Mansioni

• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration and other medical care, documenting care given.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support needs.
• Educate patient and family appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
