Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, AWHONN, NRP certifications required or preferred.
• 3 years of recent acute care experience in labor and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Check cervix periodically to monitor dilation.
• Assist with delivery preparations and instruments.
• Provide immediate care to the newborn.
