TotalMed RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse to join a 13-week assignment in Ogallala, Nebraska. This RN will work nights on a 12-hour shift, with a 36-hour week demand and a travel employment type.

Start date is ASAP and requires 3 years of acute care experience along with L&D-specific certifications. The role involves direct patient care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum, with collaboration across physicians and the obstetric team.

Qualifications

• 3 years' recent acute care experience required.
• Demonstrated competency in Labor and Delivery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laboring patients and provide continuous observation.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, cesarean prep, and delivery support as needed.
• Support newborn immediate care and post-delivery recovery for mother and child.
