MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Galion, Ohio. The RN will provide care to mothers and newborns across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages, with 12-hour night shifts and a 13-week contract.

Applicants must hold an active RN license and a nursing degree, with 18 months of acute care L&D experience. Travel benefits include housing, weekly pay, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications.
• 18 months of recent Acute Care L&D experience.
• Other client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for women before, during and after delivery.
• Monitor mother and newborn vitals during birth and postpartum.
• Identify high risk issues and respond appropriately.
• Educate and support mothers and families after birth.
