MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Johnson, Arkansas. This role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and recent L&D experience to care for mothers and newborns throughout the birthing process.

The nurse will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with benefits including weekly pay, housing options, health insurance, and credentialing fee coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS AWHONN Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting
• Client facility requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery nurses provide care to mothers and newborns through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during labor and delivery.
• Identify high-risk conditions and respond to changes in patient status.
• Educate and support families before, during and after birth.
