Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Ketchum, ID. The role requires 36 hours per week with night shifts, offering a competitive pay package and comprehensive benefits.

As a travel RN, you’ll join a dedicated clinical team and provide high-quality obstetric care to mothers and newborns, while navigating the unique demands of travel nursing in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Monitor fetal status and administer medications per obstetric nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams to ensure safe deliveries.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain patient safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
