Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse in Ada, OK for a 13-week assignment. The RN will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights, with travel status and ACLS/BLS requirements.

Immediate opening with carries a tax-free stipend and weekly pay, designed to support patients and facilities during peak coverage. Candidate should have 3 years of acute care experience and be able to manage labor progress, assist with procedures, and provide newborn care as part of a high-paced team.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• 3 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Travel nursing assignment in Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient during labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, deliveries, and newborn care.
