Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a high-risk unit at a teaching hospital. Requires 2 years of L&D experience and Epic proficiency. Candidates must hold an active MO or Compact RN license and relevant OB certifications.

Night shifts are 3x12 hours with weekend requirements; travel-friendly benefits and on-site care are provided. Candidates with prior charge nurse and teaching-hospital experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (MO or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
• Teaching hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Care for a high-acuity obstetric population in a teaching hospital.
• Perform high-risk deliveries, C-section circulation/scrubbing/recovery.
• Monitor fetus with external/internal devices; manage obstetric emergencies.
