Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a hospital-based Special Procedures unit in Aventura, Florida. The role requires IR procedures experience, neuro background, and a Certified Radiologic Technologist credential.

Work an on-site 4x10 hour day schedule with 1:1 patient care and on-call coverage. The assignment includes 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; on-call duties after hours and weekends are required, with a 13-week duration

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Prior Interventional Radiology Specials experience required.
• Neuro experience required.
• License required if applicable.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Works in the Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology department.
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Documentation via Meditech
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required after regular shift hours from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with 24-hour weekend call coverage
• Minimum of 10 call shifts per month required depending on staffing needs
