MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Aventura, Florida. The role involves 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts, and travel credentials support is provided.

The IR Tech will assist the IR team with patient care, perform imaging, and support procedures while ensuring compliance and accurate records. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist IR team with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specifications.
• Assist the physician with procedures by monitoring, passing instruments, observing patient response, maintaining sterile field.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost effective patient care; maintain patient-focused environment.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
