Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, dayshift, on-site at the facility.

Requirements include a current license in good standing and appropriate certifications. Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay provided.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specifications.
• Assist the physician with procedures by monitoring, passing instruments, observing patient response, maintaining sterile field.
